The Ironbark forests of Eastern Australia offer a unique blend of flavours from the pollen gathered from Blue Top Ironbark/Stringy bark flowers. These produce a premium quality Eucalypt variety, Winter Flower Honey which is mellow in flavour, dense in structure making this honey truly stand out.

Honey gathered from the native wildflower flora of Eastern Australia produces a light, pleasant flavoured honey gathered from 100% White box flowers, Wildflower Honey which is perfect for those wanting something unique yet subtle, honey flavour.

Specially selected remote, wild forests of Eastern Australia where Natural Bush 100% Yellow Box grows produces a unique robust flavoured honey, Eucalypt Honey.

This honey is processed using our internationally approved and certified modern equipment and will vary slightly in flavour each new season depending upon which flowers are predominate in that season.

For children, and those young at heart, we have produced a Honey-Soufflé consisting of 80% White Box and 20% Yellow Box honey. This new product has been created by a demand from honey lovers for a «lighter» honey with an unusual and delicate flavour. Honey-Soufflé for kids is made with special technology which beats the honey in a specific way and keeps it at low temperature until it sets, creating its delicate smooth texture. It is a great addition for cakes, candies and more.
